TPA Impex is very careful to obtain certifications for high-quality steam cleaning

One of the most important goals of high-quality certifications is to assure the customer that the product they are buying, as well as facilitating its daily activities of steam cleaning, it has been produced according to well-established quality standards.
To ensure a 100% safe and reliable product, TPA Impex submits its professional steam cleaning appliances to strict controls by renowned international certification bodies outside the company, which guarantee and certify the total respect of standards and production rules.
In addition, TPA has obtained several product certifications and has carried out many tests in the bacteriological field with the primary purpose to continuously provide safe and certified products.

TÜV SÜD

TÜV SÜD certification mark is recognized globally and is released upon completion of a careful verification and inspection program. TÜV SÜD prepares periodic checks to ensure that products can be readily adapted to the new rules. Obtaining this certification demonstrates the TPA commitment to offering a range of products more and more reliable, efficient, and long-lasting.

HACCP

HACCP, an acronym that stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, is a set of procedures aimed at monitoring the whole chain of the production process in the food industry.
Probable contamination makes food unsafe for nutrition and can cause serious harm to the consumer.
Therefore, it is appropriate to eliminate any serious health hazards such as fungi, bacteria, allergens, spores, viruses.
The HACCP certification allows you to get help in the prevention of these health hazards that could affect food and beverage safety during production, processing, storage, and distribution.

NSF

NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) is an independent and accredited third-party certification body that verifies and certifies products to meet precise public health and safety standards. NSF International was founded in 1944 from the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health as the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) to standardize sanitation and food safety requirements. NSF is internationally recognized and most foodservice equipment is NSF certified.

IEC

The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), is an international organization that establishes standards in terms of electricity, electronics, and other related technologies.

IECEE CB Certification System attests product conformity to IEC standards in the electrical and electronic fields.

Bacterial Load Test

The purpose of the test is to verify the bactericidal activity of our devices containing UV-C rays. In order to achieve this goal, we have reproduced cultures of the microorganism Staphylococcus aureus strain ATCC 6538, in which the bacterial culture was inoculated into 5 liters of water and then submitted to treatment. Contaminated water has been tested with our Blue Evolution and Big Power appliances.
The test was successful: from an initial bactericidal colony of 5440, the test revealed a decrease of 99.9% of the bactericidal load.

Ozone test

pH Srl carries out testing activities for the food/food contact industry and for the environmental field. Since January 2013 is part of the TÜV SÜD Group laboratories international network.
The ozone test performed by pH Srl determines the ozone concentration for devices related to water treatment with ultraviolet radiation.
Total ozone values found in the test room in specific conditions are lower than the maximum value expected in the CEI EN 60335-2-109.
This rule regulates the electrical appliances safety for domestic and similar use, and appliances related to water with UV radiations.
